Intermediate Salesforce Developer

Summary
We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Intermediate Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within our Salesforce platform. As a core member of our Salesforce team, you’ll work closely with administrators, business stakeholders, and other developers to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions that support our sales, service, and marketing operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
– Develop custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
– Create and maintain custom objects, triggers, workflows, classes, and components.
– Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
– Assist in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging.
– Participate in the full application development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
– Maintain version control using tools like Git and participate in agile development processes (e.g., sprints, stand-ups, code reviews).
– Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
– Keep up with Salesforce releases and best practices, and propose enhancements accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
– Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
– Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
– Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
– Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
– Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
– Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
– Exposure to third-party integrations and AppExchange apps.
– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
– Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
