Looking for an an Intermediate Project Planning & Quality Management Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our diverse client portfolio. You’ll work at the intersection of strategic planning and operational excellence, ensuring projects not only meet but exceed stakeholder expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Project Planning
Design and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
Create detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
Quality Management Excellence
Develop and maintain quality management systems aligned with industry best practices (ISO 9001, PMI standards)
Implement quality assurance processes and performance metrics across project lifecycles
Conduct quality audits and process improvement assessments
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Client Partnership & Leadership
Serve as primary point of contact for mid-tier client engagements
Present findings and recommendations to C-level executives
Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development
Collaborate with senior leadership on proposal development and business development activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-8 years of hands-on experience in project planning, quality management, or management consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification (Preferred, but not Mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
