Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Consultant/Developer to join our team and lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP HANA-based solutions. You will work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions using SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and related technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and implement SAP HANA models (Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views).
– Develop data provisioning solutions using SLT, BODS, SDA, SDI, or other ETL tools.
– Optimize HANA models for performance and scalability.
– Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and upgrades.
– Create reports using SAP BW on HANA, SAP Lumira, or SAP Analytics Cloud (optional).
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Monitor and maintain HANA system performance, data loads, and backups.
– Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in accordance with company policies.
– Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
– Provide technical documentation and training for users and other developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience working with SAP HANA (native HANA and/or S/4HANA).
– Proficiency in SQLScript, Data Modeling, and Performance Tuning in HANA.
– Experience with data provisioning tools like SLT, BODS, or SDI.
– Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 (optional but preferred).
– Familiarity with SAP BW, ABAP on HANA, and SAP Analytics tools is a plus.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– SAP HANA certification.
– Experience with cloud-based HANA deployments (SAP BTP, AWS, GCP, Azure).
– Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
– Industry experience in [Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.].
