Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 applications, particularly in areas like Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Operations (F&O), or Business Central. You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 to meet business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
– Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CE, F&O, or BC depending on the role).
– Assist in the design and deployment of Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
– Develop and maintain workflows, business process flows, and Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps).
– Support integration with other business systems via APIs or middleware tools.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
– Participate in data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
– Create technical and end-user documentation.
– Work within a team using Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– 4–6 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or BC).
– Proficiency in customizing forms, views, entities, and workflows.
– Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
– Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Data Management in F&O).
– Solid understanding of CRM or ERP business processes.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (or similar).
– Experience with JavaScript, C#, or .NET for advanced customizations.
– Knowledge of Azure services or integrations.
– Familiarity with DevOps or version control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
– Previous experience in manufacturing, retail, or financial services industries is a plus.
