Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Facilitator to support Agile teams in delivering high-value outcomes through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement. The Agile Facilitator will play a key role in enabling Agile principles, fostering team collaboration, and driving Agile ceremonies, while removing impediments and promoting a culture of learning and adaptability.




Roles & Responsibilities

– Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
– Guide teams and stakeholders in understanding and embracing Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other frameworks).
– Foster a collaborative environment, empowering cross-functional teams to deliver value early and often.
– Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and value delivery.
– Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress and delivery.
– Promote transparency, continuous feedback, and learning across teams and stakeholders.
– Track and analyze Agile metrics to drive team performance and support data-informed decisions.
– Mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile best practices and servant leadership.
– Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement through coaching and reflection.
– Collaborate with other Agile Facilitators, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and delivery leaders to support Agile maturity across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

– Proven experience in Agile facilitation or Scrum Master role (3+ years preferred).
– Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent).
– Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
– Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
– Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
– Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
– Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), or equivalent.
– Experience with Agile transformations or scaling Agile in large organizations.
– Background in software development, product management, or IT delivery.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
